RedSky, JZ, Witkoff file plans for 8K sf retail building in Downtown Brooklyn
RedSky Capital, JZ Capital, and Witkoff, on September 14, filed a permit application for construction of an 8,312-square-foot retail building at 555 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn. Craig Murphy, executive VP of construction at Witkoff, filed the plans.
The joint venture filed a permit application last month for the construction of a 592-unit, 597,824-square-foot building at 589 Fulton Street.
The plans call for the construction of a 24-foot-tall, one-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00571490.
The project is described in the filing as: new single-story commercial building.
According to the plans, the building will have retail space on both the ground floor and cellar.
The architect listed is Beyer Blinder Belle.
The property was acquired for $10 million on September 20, 2016.
