Raz Sapir pays $3.5M for industrial in Soundview

Raz Sapir through the entity RS Runion Ave. Family Limited Partnership paid $3.5 million to Frank Lettera, Michele R. Cestaro, and Michael Lettera, Jr. through the entity 1209/1215 Bronx River Avenue Company LLC for industrial (F5) at 1209 Bronx River Avenue in Soundview, Bronx.
The deal closed on August 24, 2021 and was recorded on September 10, 2021.
The property has 20,000 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $175 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
