Rami Segal pays $6.2M for industrial in Hunts Point

Rami Segal through the entity 899 Whittier LLC paid $6.2 million to Doreen Dent through the entity D & R Dent LLC for industrial (G2) at 899 Whittier Street in Hunts Point, Bronx.
The deal closed on December 13, 2021 and was recorded on December 22, 2021.
The property has 15,000 square feet of built space and 5,000 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 20,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $416 and the price per buildable square foot is $312 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Doreen Dent was Doreen Dent. The signatory for Rami Segal was Rami Segal.

Rami Segal is owner of American Lease & Management, which leases taxis and limousines.
