Ralph Milstein files plans for 22-unit resi building in Crown Heights
Ralph Milstein, on June 7, filed a permit application for construction of a 22-unit, 15,761-square-foot residential building at 940 Montgomery Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
There have been 32 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00748120.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 40 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new seven-story building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have two dwelling units. The building will have six parking spaces.
