Rafael Rabinowitz plans two buildings in Williamsburg with combined 8 units

Rafael Rabinowitz of Galaxy Development and the Rabsky Group submitted two new buildings projects on adjacent Williamsburg parcels, totaling eight units.

The first is for a four-unit, 27,897 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 62 Gerry Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on February 7, 2023 under job number B00813916. It calls for the construction of a seven-story building.

The second is for a four-unit, 27,897 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 60 Gerry Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on February 10, 2023 under job number B00813913. It calls for the construction of a seven-story building.
The architect for both is Jay Architect & Engineering.

Rabinowitz on behalf of the Rabsky Group filed at least nine project with 60 or more units in 2021 and 2022.
