Rabsky Group files plans for 225-unit high-rise in Dumbo
Rabsky Group, on August 9, filed a permit application for construction of a 225-unit, 258,200-square-foot mixed-use building at 69 Adams Street in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Rafael Rabinowitz filed the plans.
The plans call for the construction of a 280-foot-tall, 26-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00565465.

The project is described in the filing as: proposing new high-rise 26-story mixed-use building.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have an office lobby and residential lobby. The second floor will consist of a parking garage for 90 vehicles. Floors three through 10 will be used for office space, with floors three and 10 having terraces. The 11th floor will have recreation space. Floors 12 through 25 will each have 16 dwelling units per floor, while the 26th floor will have eight dwelling units and outdoor recreation space. The cellar will have retail space.
The architect listed is Fischer Makooi Architects PLLC.
The property was acquired for $65 million on November 29, 2016.
The Rabsky Group has filed numerous significant new building plans so far this year, including plans for five buildings totaling 360 dwelling units in East Williamsburg and plans for a 52-unit, 53,875-square-foot residential building at 12 Rockwell Place in Fort Greene.
