An affiliate of the Rabsky Group, Galaxy Developers, through the entity Union Corner LLC paid Congregation Mazah $2.5 million for 89 Union Avenue in Williamsburg. The deal closed on January 26, 2021 and was recorded on March 9, 2021. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class land zoned residential, except not Manhattan below 110th Street (V0). The signatory for the buyer was Raphael Rabinowitz.

The contract date was January 26, 2021, the same as the sale date. Galaxy Developers is an affiliate of Rabsky Group.
