A&E refis $165M with Signature Bank, for total of $584M with bank this year
A&E Real Estate Holdings through the entity Kew Gardens Hills, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Signature Bank valued at $165.0 million for 12 parcels containing 1268 residential units at 147-08 72nd Road, 150-16 72nd Road, 72-60 150th Street, 150-18 72nd Drive, 150-18 75th Avenue, and others in Queens. The deal closed on January 28, 2021 and was recorded on March 9, 2021.
The average loan per unit is $130,126.
So far in 2021, Signature Bank has recorded a total of $584 million in refinanced debt with A&E, including the current $165 million and 24 prior loans totaling $419 million with Signature.The last time the property sold was September 8, 2014 for $216,000,000.
