Prospect Developers II files plans for 49-unit mixed-use building in East Williamsburg
Prospect Developers II, on February 2, filed a permit application for construction of a 49-unit, 44,565-square-foot building at 828 Metropolitan Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Konstantin Gubareff, managing director of the company, filed the plans.
The developer filed demolition plans at the site last month.
The plans are one of six new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 95-foot-tall, nine-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00668695.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed nine-story mixed-use project as per plans.
The architect listed is Kao Hwa Lee Architects Pc.
The property was acquired for $2.1 million on July 3, 2018.
