Chesky Rosen files plans for 147-unit resi building, most units planned in Fort Greene in 12 months

Chesky Rosen, on February 2, filed a permit application for construction of a 147-unit, 115,321-square-foot residential building at 27 Rockwell Place in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

In the previous 12 months there have been 10 new building plans, including these, filed in Fort Greene. Of the 10 plans, these plans called for the construction of the most dwelling units in the neighborhood.

The plans call for the construction of an 184-foot-tall, 18-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00655003.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed 18-story and cellar residential building, total of 147 dwelling units.
