Prologis, on March 13, filed a permit application for a $6.5 million change in use of a 128,500-square-foot office building at 150 52nd Street in Sunset Park.
The plans call for no change in size but a change in use of the 25-foot tall, 2-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: alteration-1 filed for change of use on the second floor from manufacturing to commercial use. Work will include the construction and installation of new partitions, doors, finishes, ceiling and light fixtures. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $6,537,053.
