Prime Storage pays $26M to Tuck-It-Away for property in Highbridge

Prime Storage through the entity Prime Storage Bronx Mlk Boulevard, LLC paid Tuck-It-Away Associates’s Highbridge Rising, LLC $26.0 million for University Avenue, 950 University Avenue in Highbridge. The deal closed on September 3, 2020, and was recorded on September 14, 2020. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including the tax class unlicensed parking lot (G7). The property is square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 261,225 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $100.

The contract date was September 6, 2019, one year ago. Matthew Sprayregen was the signatory for the seller, and Robert Moser for the buyer. Tuck-It-Away purchased these two parcels as part of a six-parcel purchase in 2012 for $10.85 million.  Columbia University paid $34 million last year for Tuck-It-Away property.
