Pretium files plans for $5.8M in renovations at Time Warner Center

Brian Babb files plans for a $4.2M rehab of a building in Lincoln Square.

The asset management firm Pretium and its affiliate Progress Residential, on August 24, filed plans for a $5.8 million in renovations and build-out for a floor of the building at 60 Columbus Circle in Lincoln Square, Manhattan.

The plans call for a rehab on the 19th floor (the 15th floor per construction) in the 750-foot-tall, 54-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00798746.

The largest of the five individual projects was described in the filing as: General construction modifications taking place on the 15th floor (19th floor marketing) as per drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.

The architect listed is Gensler.

Pretium describes itself as a “specialized alternative investment management firm focused on real estate, residential credit and corporate credit with $13 billion in assets.”

Progress Residential describes itself as, “one of the largest providers of high-quality, single-family rental homes in the United States with over 70,000 homes across 29 of our nation’s fastest growing metro areas.”
