PM Architecture files plans for a 43-unit residential building in Highbridge

PM Architecture, on June 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 43-unit, 26,996-square-foot residential building at 1646 University Avenue in Highbridge, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 100-foot tall, 10-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new 10-story plus cellar residential masonry building. Separate filing for other trades to be filed under separate applications.

The ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, mail room, refuse room, laundry room, and one apartment unit. Floors two through seven will each have five units, and floors eight through 10 will each have four units. The building will also have an outdoor recreation space accessible to tenants and eight parking spaces.

PM Architecture is also listed as the architect for the project.

The property was acquired for $870,000 on January 9, 2017.
