Plans filed for enlargement of Jamaica resi building from two units to 31 units

Song Dong, on December 17, filed plans for a vertical and horizontal enlargement of a residential building at 89-10 150th Street in Jamaica, Queens. The plans aim to increase the size of the building from two stories and two units to eight stories and 31 units. The new building will be 23,650-square-feet.

The plans call for the increase in size of the building from a 30-foot tall, two-story building with two dwelling units to a 85-foot tall, eight-story building with 31 dwelling units. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00636152. the development site spans one tax lot.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will be converted to a residential lobby, medical office, and nine parking spaces.
