EverWest files plans for 332K sf warehouse in Staten Island

Denver-based EverWest Real Estate Investors, on December 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 332,009-square-foot warehouse at 1 Nassau Place in Staten Island, Staten Island. Larry Lance, executive VP of the firm, filed the plans.

The developer acquired the site from Bridgewater Capital Partners for $30.6 million in January of 2020 and then announced plans to construct the warehouse on their site.

The plans call for the construction of a 43-foot-tall, one-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number S00575297. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: filing to erect a one-story warehouse building.

The single-story warehouse will also have 177 parking spaces, per the plans.

The architect listed is Ware Malcomb.
