Plans filed for 58-unit mixed-use building in Brownsville
Leo Klein through the company 103 Liberty LLC, on February 17, filed a permit application for construction of a 58-unit, 37,570-square-foot residential building at 103 Liberty Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, eight-story mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed eight-story mixed-use building, one commercial space, and 58 residential apartments
The ground floor of the building will have a lobby, laundry room, one dwelling unit, parking for seven cars, and commercial space. The second floor will have eight dwelling units, floors three through seven will each have nine dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have three dwelling units and indoor and outdoor recreation spaces.
Amr Ouda is listed as the architect.
Demolition plans have not been filed.
The property was purchased for $1.8 million in 2005.
