Plans filed for 44-unit resi building in Tremont

Lulzim Leguci, on June 25, filed a permit application for construction of a 44-unit, 25,861-square-foot residential building at 106 Mount Hope Place in Tremont, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 98-foot tall, eight-story residential building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number X00546393. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: construction of new eight-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have two dwelling units, while floors two through eight will each have six dwelling units per floor.

The estimated job cost $4,244,100

According to city records, Altagracia Delemos purchased the building for $285,000 in 2004.
