Plans filed for 16-unit resi building in Pelham Parkway
Amarjit Singh, on September 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 16-unit, 10,655-square-foot residential building at 2136 Matthews Avenue in Pelham Parkway, Bronx.
These are the fourth, and second largest, new building plans in the neighborhood so far this year. Last year there were a total of 10 new building plans filed in Pelham Parkway.
The plans call for the construction of a 41-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00598191. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new 16-unit apartment building.
Floors one through four of the building will each have four dwelling units per floor. The building will have five parking spaces located outside.
The architect listed is Badaly Architects.
The estimated job cost is $2.5 million.
The property was acquired for $1 million on May 26, 2021.
