Pietro Giove files plans for 35-unit resi building in Gravesend

Pietro Giove, on February 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 35-unit, 40,715-square-foot residential building at 137 Kings Highway in Gravesend, Brooklyn.

The estimated job cost is $12.2 million.

The plans are one of 12 new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plan call for the construction of a 85-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00666522. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: new building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and parking space. Floors two through six will each have six dwelling units per floor, the seventh floor will have thee dwelling units, and the eighth floor will have two dwelling units.
