Roy Moussaieff through the company the 83-15 Parsons LLC, on March 9, was given a permit for construction of a 30,448-square-foot mixed-use building with 33 units at 83-15 Parsons Boulevard in Jamaica Hills, Queens.

The permit is a new building permit. The developer received foundation permits last month.

The plans, pre-filed on November 27, 2019, call for the construction of a 43-foot tall, four-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed four-story mixed-use building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space, a health care facility, residential lobby, and parking for nine cars. Floors two through four will each have 11 dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have additional retail space, a lounge, and laundry, while the roof will have a public terrace.

ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect.

Demolition of the single-story structure that previously occupied the property was completed last year.

An estimated completion date has not been announced.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $4.2 million on May 13, 2019.
