Paul Basile plans to construct a new five-story, 18,000-square-foot commercial building at 506 Third Avenue in Gowanus, Brooklyn. The parcel is currently used for industrial and manufacturing and is occupied by one 4,800-square-foot building. The building was purchased in December of 2016 for $3.2 million.
The plans were filed on March 9, requesting a zoning map amendment (ZM) from M2-1 to C4-5A and a zoning text amendment (ZR) to Appendix F of the zoning resolution
at 506 Third Avenue Gowanus, Brooklyn.
