Goose Property Management files plans for construction of a 58-unit, 70K sf mixed-use building in Astoria

Yitzchok Katz of Goose Property Management, on April 8, filed a permit application for construction of a 58-unit, 70,061-square-foot mixed-use building at 26-35 3rd Street in Astoria.

The plans call for the construction of a 76-foot tall, 7-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed seven-story mixed use building.

According to the building plans, there will be retail space on the ground floor of the proposed building.
