Juda Klein’s Parkview Management through the entity Keap Street Holdings LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Citigroup through the entity Citi Real Estate Funding Inc. valued at $31.6 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, luxury type (D8) and containing 47 residential units at 452 Keap Street in Williamsburg. The deal closed on December 31, 2019 and was recorded on January 21, 2020.
The property contains a total of 64,900 square feet of built space.
The average loan per unit is $672,340.
This is a refi loan. The prior debt provided by Berkadia Commercial Mortgage (then reassigned) totaled $28 million. The last time the property sold was March 16, 2006, for $6,400,000.
