Chayem Meisels through the entity Spice Towers LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Investors Bank valued at $20.8 million for 5 parcels, including the tax class multifamily, over six families without stores (C1) and containing 42 residential units at 170 Scholes Street, 174 Scholes Street, 145 Leonard Street, 143 Leonard Street, 71 Scholes Street in East Williamsburg. The deal closed on January 10, 2020 and was recorded on January 21, 2020.

The average loan per unit is $495,238.
