Pan Am finishes $4.5M rehab of health club space at 431-unit rental in Flatiron

Pan Am Equities, on March 31, formally completed a $4.5 million rehabilitation of health care space on two floors of The Caroline, a 431-unit rental at 60 West 23rd Street in Flatiron.

The plans, pre-filed on August 28, 2019, call for a rehab of floors one and two of the 210-foot tall, 20-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction including interior renovation of health club on the first and second floor as indicate on the attached drawings. There are no changes in use, egress or occupancy The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,500,000.
