Palladium Property Group files for several demos ahead of 101-unit development in East Harlem
Palladium Property Group, on September 13, filed a permit application for the demolition of five buildings on Third Avenue and East 109th Street in East Harlem. Joe Nebenzahl, manager at Palladium Property Group, filed the five plans.
The demolition plans come after the firm filed plans in late June calling for the construction of a 215-foot-tall, 16-story, 101-unit, 76,790-square-foot mixed-use building at 185 East 109th Street. The estimated job cost provided in DOB is $5,091,550.
Aside from these five plans, there has only been one other demolition plan filed in the neighborhood so far this year.
The first plans call for the demolition of a four-story building at 1990 3rd Avenue.
