Palestra Properties pays $9.3M for office building in Borough Park

Palestra Properties through the entity Dt Com Utrecht, LLC paid $9.3 million to Hua Shan Chen through the entity Delta Towers Enterprises LLC for two commercial condos composing the building (CC) at 4002 10th Avenue in Borough Park, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on October 5, 2021 and was recorded on October 19, 2021.

The signatory for Hua Shan Chen was Hua Shan Chen. The signatory for Palestra Properties was Richard T. Guarino.

Palestra in July also bought a property for $7 million in Hollis.
Within a 400-foot radius of 4002 10th Avenue, Pincusco identified one commercial real estate item of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
It was a new building permit issued on December 22, 2020 for a 14,677-square-foot R-2 building with 10 residential units at 4023 10th Avenue.
