One Beacon penthouse sells for $30.5M
Simon Compound LLC paid $30.5 million to Jefferson Blue Inc. for condo (SC) unit PH51W at One Beacon Court 151 East 58th Street in Plaza District, Manhattan and condo (CK) at 151 East 58th Street in the Plaza District, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 3, 2021 and was recorded on June 23, 2021.
The two condo units have 8,970 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $3,400 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Jefferson Blue Inc. was Jaime L. Solomon. The signatory for Simon Compound LLC was Marc J. Isaacs.
This is unit PH51W and an adjacent unit. The contract date was April 7, 2021. The seller bought the units in 2005 for just under $26 million.

N.A secured by two condo units in the 150,328-square-foot, 109-unit mixed-use building (RM) on 151 East 58th Street on October 20, 2020.
