Omni New York and Arker Companies through the entity Brooklyn Pact II Housing Development Fund paid New York City Housing Authority’s New York City Housing Authority $10.8 million for 97 Troy Avenue, 131 3rd Avenue, 783 Marcy Avenue, 311 Nostrand Avenue, 309 Nostrand Avenue, and others in Brooklyn. The deal closed on February 12, 2020, and was recorded on February 19, 2020.
This lease covers two-family homes, vacant lots and commercial properties.
