NYU files plans for $15M lab fit-out in Kips Bay

New York University Langone Health, on April 5, filed plans for a $15 million fit-out for the Skirball Institute of Biomolecular Medicine at 540 First Avenue in Kips Bay, Manhattan.

The plans call for work on floors two through six of the 316-foot-tall, 23-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00624693.

The project is described in the filing as: NYU – Skirball Lab modernization fit-out – modification of partitions, ceiling, doors according to plans filed herewith. no change to use, egress or occupancy

The architect listed is HDR Architecture & Engineering.
