NYC School Construction Authority’s property can be occupied following a $28M change in use to a 72K sf school building in Queens
NYC School Construction Authority, on March 5, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for a $28.3 million change in use of a 71,711-square-foot school building at 69-10 65th Drive in Queens.
The plans call for the increase in the size of the building to a 56-foot tall, 4-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: ps 128- filed herewith is a new proposed 4 story addition to existing building. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $28,327,513.
