The Brodsky Organization, on March 2, filed a permit application for a $11.8 million renovation of a residential building at 37 6th Avenue in Prospect Heights.

The plans call for a renovation of the 296-foot tall, 28-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: filing herewith for interior tenant fit out The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $11,767,648.
