The plans, pre-filed on October 30, 2019, call for a renovation of the interior and exterior of the 67-foot tall, five-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: interior and exterior renovation of existing factory building. no change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $62.94 million.
