NYC Health + Hospitals files plans for construction of a 187K sf office building in Central Harlem
NYC Health + Hospitals, on April 16, filed a permit application for construction of a 187,840-square-foot office building at 40 West 137th Street in Central Harlem within the campus of the Harlem Hospital Center.
The plans call for the construction of a 187-foot tall, 10-story, office building.
The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing new building.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will be made up of a lobby, loading berths, utility rooms, and screening rooms. Floors 2-9 will consist of non-production laboratories, offices, meeting rooms, and an auditorium on the 3rd floor. The 10th floor will house mechanical rooms.
Demolition plans were filed in in January.
