Bolivar Development files plans for construction of a 278-unit, 183K sf residential building in Morrisania
Bolivar Development, on April 16, filed a permit application for construction of a 278-unit, 183,964-square-foot residential building at 1016 Fox Street in Morrisania.
The plans call for the construction of a 148-foot tall, 15-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: a 15-story new mixed use building.
The plans call for three retail stores on the ground floor, in addition to faculty offices and a residential lobby. The cellar will have laundry facilities and retail storage. Floors 2-15 will be made up of apartment units, while the second floor will also have a computer room, multi-purpose room, outdoor recreation space, office space, and a residential lounge.
