Xiaohong Chen’s property can be occupied following construction of a 65-unit, 70K sf residential building in Kensington.

Xiaohong Chen, on April 16, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for a 65-unit, 70,551-square-foot residential building at 4001 New Utrecht Avenue in Kensington. The developer filed for the TCO on January 30, 2020.

The plans filed December 22, 2014, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, 7-story, 70,551-square-foot residential building with 65 residential units.

The project is described in the filings as: erect new 7 story mixed use building.

According to the plans, the building will have commercial retail space.
