NYC files plans for $5M single-floor rehab of Bellevue Hospital in Kips Bay
New York City Health + Hospitals, on November 10, filed a permit application for a $5 million rehabilitation of one floor of a hospital building at Bellevue Hospital at 462 First Avenue in Kips Bay.
The plans call for a rehab of the 11th floor of the 264-foot tall, 22-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: propose to demolish and construct interior partitions, ceilings, doors and floors as shown on drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,985,000.00.
Perkins & Will will be the architect.
