NYC files plans for $2.3M renovation of Harlem Community Court building

NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services, on April 6, filed a permit application for a $2.3 million renovation of the Harlem Community Court building at 170 East 121st Street in East Harlem.

The plans call for a renovation of the 175-foot tall, 5-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: ceiling replacement in courtroom as per plans submitted herewith. No change to occupancy, use or egress. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $2,258,800.
