Brooklyn Children’s Museum files plans for a $2M renovation of their building in Brooklyn
Brooklyn Children’s Museum, on April 6, filed a permit application for a $1.6 million renovation of the building at 145 Brooklyn Avenue.
The plans call for a renovation of the 38-foot tall, 2-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: removal and installation of interior partitions. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $1,560,000.
