Churchill Real Estate Holdings, on April 6, was given a permit for construction of a 60-unit, 49,375-square-foot residential building at 517 West 29th Street in Chelsea.

The plans, pre-filed on April 12, 2018, call for the construction of a 121-foot tall, 10-story, 49,375-square-foot residential building with 60 residential units.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new ten-story, 60-unit residential multiple dwelling with accessory parking for residential spaces per plan filed.
