Nush Sukaj receives TCO for 30-unit rental building in Riverdale

Nush Sukaj, on October 2, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 30-unit, 22,320-square-foot residential building at 3055 Valentine Avenue in Riverdale.

The plans, pre-filed on May 18, 2015, call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, eight-story residential building. The time from pre-file to TCO was five years and five months.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new apartment building.

The building’s cellar has a laundry room, per the plans. The ground floor has a residential lobby and two dwelling units. Floors two through eight each have four dwelling units. The building also has a 750-square-foot outdoor recreation space, in the form of a required quality housing recreational area.

Mount Vernon-based Badaly & Badaly Architects was the architect for the project.

The rental building replaces a two-story office building which previously occupied the property.
