Nush Sukaj files plans for 39-unit resi building at recently purchased Parkchester parcel
Nush Sukaj, on September 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 39-unit, 28,393-square-foot residential building at 1550 White Plains Road in Parkchester, the Bronx.
The property was acquired with one other property for $883,332 on July 22, 2021.
These are only the second new building plans filed in the neighborhood this year. For comparison, there were nine new building plans filed in Parkchester last year.
The plans call for the construction of a 56-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00594578. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: New six-story building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have two recreation rooms and one dwelling unit. Floors two through five will each have eight dwelling units per floor, while the sixth floor will have six dwelling units.
The architect listed is Badaly Architects.
The estimated job cost is $6 million.
