Northwell Health files plans for $31M fit-out of Staten Island University Hospital

Northwell Health, on November 4, filed a permit application for a $31 million fit-out of two floors of the Staten Island University Hospital at 475 Seaview Avenue in Ocean Breeze, Staten Island.

The plans call for a fit-out of floors three and four of the 73-foot tall, seven-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: Staten Island University Hospital: mother/baby fit-out: fit-out of core/shell space on third and fourth floors of new overbuild addition; install interior, non-bearing partitions, hung ceiling, wall and floor finishes as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, occupancy or egress under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $31,000,000.00.

HDR is listed as the architect.

These are the fourth plans filed at the hospital this year.
