Nicole Kalabalik files plans for 23-unit mixed-use building in Bed-Stuy
Nicole Kalabalik through the company Frank Properties LLC, on August 18, filed a permit application for construction of a 23-unit, 19,226-square-foot building at 1241 Bedford Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00560204. The development site spans two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new seven-story and cellar building, 23 residential units and commercial space and partitions as per plan.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and commercial space. Floors two through four will each have five dwelling units per floor, the fifth floor will have four dwelling units, the sixth floor will have three dwelling units, and the seventh floor will have one dwelling unit and a roof terrace. Floors two and six will both have recreation space.
