New York City School Construction Authority files plans for a $14M rehab of a school in Bushwick

New York City School Construction Authority, on April 27, filed a permit application for a $14 million rehab of three floors, in addition to the cellar, basement, and roof of a school at 763 Knickerbocker Avenue in Bushwick.

The plans call for a renovation of the cellar, basement, floors one through three, and the roof of the 68-foot tall, 4-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: roof replacement, parapet replacement, window replacement, exterior masonry, and paved areas upgrade. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $14,044,000.
