MRR Development pays $6.8M to Marin Management for rental in Upper East Side

MRR Development through the entity Mrr 76 LLC paid $6.8 million to Marin Management Corp through the entity 52 East 76th St. Corporation for five-unit rental (C5) at 52 East 76th Street in Upper East Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on October 7, 2021 and was recorded on October 14, 2021.
The property has 6,800 square feet of built space and 156 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 6,948 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,000 and the price per buildable square foot is $978 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Marin Management Corp was Robert Zimmerman. The signatory for MRR Development was Rotem Rosen.

The former owners according to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development includes Giovanni Zevi Della Porta, head officer and Charlie Bugeja, site manager. The business entities were Marin Management Corp. and 52 East 76th St. Corp.
