Metron Development through the entity 3047 29th Street LLC paid $11.2 million to Linda Smith, Rita Pennachio, and Theresia Schatz through the entity Linstar29, LLC for 45-unit rental (C1) at 30-47 29th Street in Astoria, Queens.
The deal closed on October 4, 2021 and was recorded on October 14, 2021.
The property has 34,500 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $324 per the PincusCo analysis.
