Mount Sinai files plans for $9.8M project in Carnegie Hill
Mount Sinai, on August 25, filed plans for a $9.8 million project to remove mechanical systems from several floors of a building at 3 East 101st Street in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan.
The plans call for work on floors one through 10 of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00565316.
The project is described in the filing as: herewith filing for removal of mechanical systems as per plans. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
Mount Sinai was recently given a permit for a $24.2 million project which aims to convert the former Rivington House, an AIDS nursing home, to a 104,300-square-foot behavioral health facility at 45 Rivington Street in the Lower East Side
