Mount Sinai files demo plans for three buildings in Carnegie Hill

Mount Sinai, last week, filed three permit applications for three demolitions at 22 to 26 East 103rd Street in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan.

The properties were acquired for $11.3 million on January 2, 2014.

The first plans, pre-filed on April 27, 2022, call for the demolition of a five-story building at 22 East 103rd Street.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition of five-story building as per plans filed herewith.
